Where Top10EV enables reader comments, owner reviews or other user submissions, the following guidelines apply. They exist to keep discussions useful for buyers and safe for participants.

1. Respect and civility
Be respectful in disagreement. Personal attacks, insults, harassment, threats, hate speech and content targeting people on the basis of religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability, region or other protected attributes are not permitted.
2. Accuracy and no misinformation
Do not post information you know or have reason to believe is false. Do not fabricate ownership experiences, test results or charging sessions. Do not misrepresent yourself as a manufacturer or dealer representative when you are not, or vice versa.
3. No spam or promotion
Do not post promotional links, referral codes, affiliate links or repetitive content. Do not use the comments to advertise vehicles, dealerships, services or unrelated products.
4. No impersonation
Do not impersonate another person, a Top10EV team member, a manufacturer, a dealer or a public authority. Do not use another person's name or likeness without their consent.
5. Privacy of others
Do not post the personal information of another person — including phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, government identifiers, financial details or images of another person taken without consent.
6. Legal content
Do not post content that is unlawful in India, including content that infringes copyright, defames a person, incites violence, sexualises minors or is otherwise contrary to Indian law.
7. Constructive vehicle discussion
Comments and reviews are most useful to buyers when they are specific. Say which variant you drove, how you use the vehicle, what worked well and what didn't. Distinguish between what a manufacturer told you and what you personally observed.
8. Moderation
Top10EV moderates submissions on a best-effort basis. We may edit, hide or remove content that breaches these guidelines, and we may restrict or terminate a participant's ability to contribute. Moderation decisions rest with Top10EV editorial and are not open to appeal by advertisers or manufacturers.
9. Reporting
If you see a comment or review that appears to breach these guidelines, use the report link where available or write to the address below with the URL and a description of the issue.
10. Consequences
Serious or repeated breaches may lead to removal of content, restriction of posting rights or, where warranted, a report to competent authorities.
